I phoned today for help with my recently installed tivusat, your friendly service and help was so refreshing as most companies once they have got your business don't really want to know, you are definitely the exception to that rule.

Having an Italian wife who enjoys her Italian TV, we were disappointed to find that during the course of the last year most of the channels were gradually becoming scrambled, and found out that they were all ending up on the TivuSat format. Contacted www.tivusat.co.uk (TPS) and nothing could have been more simpler. Filled out the online form with my wife's Codice Fiscale and a family address in Italy, no payment required until their end was completed and asked for delivery on the requested day. I chose the HD decoder instead of the SD one, arrived as requested, a small issue my end with not being able to see some of the channels, but a quick call to TPS sorted it out. Able to watch all channels, some for the first time and no encrypted blackouts.

We received the tivu box early this morning 8am and soon after we connected up the box to the signal and tv and with no problems we Got a picture and explored all the channels available to us. We did have an old humax box which gave up the ghost which gave us some of the unencrypted channels, and the tivu box was a direct replacement for it. So the box was delivered quickly and safely and although we didn't need it we had your back up if we got into difficulties with the connections.

You handled our order for a TiVuSat CAM and card quickly and efficiently. It perhaps helped that we had a Codice Fiscale and an Italian address, but we compliment you on your service: you could not have done better.

The CAM/Card fitted into our Technomate TM-9600 Combo satellite receiver and started to work straight away.

We were particularly pleased to be able to view RAI HD and see some other programmes in true widescreen format for the first time.
